Yes! While we offer pre-designed wooden cottages and modern villas, you are free to design and construct your own farmhouse in compliance with our community aesthetics guidelines.

Absolutely. The entire perimeter is fenced, and we provide 24/7 manned security at the gates along with CCTV surveillance across the community roads.
